1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For shipping outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

4. Order Tracking
All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

5. Shipping Carriers
We currently use trusted carriers including:
- USPS
- UPS
- Canada Post (for Canadian deliveries)

6. International Shipping
We only ship internationally to Canada at this time.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties upon delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Sacha Store is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, we’ll gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
